Relief for customers in financial difficulty
Due to the effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic, we understand
some customers may be in financial difficulty as such we want to help in any
way that is possible during this time.
In relation to our home insurance we will allow customers to
downgrade the cover if necessary, allowing them to receive a pro-rata rebate.
On our let property insurance, we will allow the policy to
be renewed if the property has become vacant as a result of the pandemic subject
to the current policy terms and conditions relation to unoccupied properties.
For our key and motor excess policies we will
allow pro rata cancellation at any stage of the policy as long as there has
been no claim reported under same.
